Download & Unzip

Download the zip. Unzip it. You'll see three files inside: system_prompt.txt, memories.json, and config.yml.

Copy the starter-guard folder into your SentiencePro or LlamaCraft Bridge NPC directory. The SETUP.md tells you exactly where.

Is Your Current NPC Config Broken?

Run through this checklist before you decide whether the free pack is enough.

NPC Diagnostic Checklist

Answer yes or no to each. Count your yes answers at the end.
  • 1 Does your NPC ever say "I don't have information about that" or "Is there anything else I can help you with?"
  • 2 Has your NPC ever mentioned being an AI, a language model, or being "unable to" do something?
  • 3 Does your NPC respond differently to the same question asked two different ways?
  • 4 Has your NPC ever broken character when a player asked something unexpected or unusual?
  • 5 Is your system prompt under 300 words?
  • 6 Does your NPC have fewer than 15 memory entries?
  • 7 Do you have no defined knowledge boundaries — things the NPC should explicitly NOT know?
  • 8 Are your API costs higher than you expected for the quality of responses you're getting?
3+ yes answers: Your personality layer is under-defined. The free pack will help. A paid pack will fix it completely.

0-2 yes answers: Your config is reasonably solid. The free pack can still show you what the ceiling looks like.
